1. The Agreement
These terms apply to all purchases made in our official online store. The agreement consists of the information shown at checkout, any direct communication with the customer, and these conditions.
2. The Parties
Seller: FK Bodø/Glimt
Buyer: The person who places the order.
3. Prices
All prices include VAT. Total cost, including shipping, is shown before purchase is completed.
4. Order & Confirmation
An order is binding once it is placed. The buyer will receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Payment
Payment can be made with the methods offered at checkout (e.g. card, Klarna, Vipps). Payment may be reserved at the time of order.
6. Delivery
Goods are delivered in the manner and to the address stated at checkout. If no delivery time is specified, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
7. Risk
Risk of the goods passes to the buyer when they are received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian law. The product must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. Return costs are normally paid by the buyer.
9. Duty of Inspection
The buyer should check the goods upon delivery. Any errors or damages must be reported as soon as possible.
10. Complaints
The buyer may complain about defects or delays within reasonable time. The legal complaint period is normally 2 years, or 5 years for goods expected to last longer.
11. Buyer’s Rights
In case of delay or defects, the buyer may demand delivery, correction, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or compensation according to Norwegian law.
12. Seller’s Rights
If the buyer does not pay or otherwise breaches the agreement, the seller may cancel the purchase and claim compensation.
13. Warranty
Any warranty offered is in addition to the buyer’s legal rights.
14. Personal Data
We only collect and process personal data necessary to fulfill the agreement, or if consent is given. Data is processed in line with our [Privacy Policy].
15. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If not possible, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council.
